I was lied to about receiving the 2nd key for my car. I was TOLD when I was signing my paperwork that I would receive the 2nd key when the tag came in. I'm a returning customer to Jerry Hunt, and once again, Peral made the car-buying experience smooth and stress-free. He always treats us like family and takes the time to make sure everything is handled wi Peral made the car-buying experience smooth and stress-free. He always treats us like family and takes the time to make sure everything is handled with care and honesty. His professionalism and kindness are the main reasons we keep coming back. However, I did want to share a less positive part of our recent visit. Bhobie, the branch manager, offered us some add-ons we weren't interested in. When we declined, he seemed upset and became rude. He rushed us through the paperwork and made it clear he just wanted us to sign and leave. It made us feel uncomfortable and pressured, which is not how buying a car should feel. If Peral hadn't been involved in this purchase, we likely would have walked away and gone somewhere else. I understand that there's a sales process and commissions involved, but respect and customer care should always come first. More
