However, we recognize that the lack of communication and follow-up leading up to that resolution was unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration it caused. I understand how frustrating an unexpected vehicle repair can be, especially after a recent purchase. Because we value our customers, I worked with you to provide significant assistance toward the repair, taking into account that you were not local to us, this was agreed upon to be handled a local shop for your convenience. While I recognize that you would have preferred the repair to be covered in full, the support provided reflected our commitment to helping resolve the situation. Unfortunately after authorizing two different estimates there was a third amount submitted for payment which was not what was agreed upon in our communications and therefor not fully covered. Although I regret that we were unable to meet your expectations completely, I stand behind our efforts to reach a fair resolution and appreciate the opportunity to assist you.
