My experience was pretty good at first the salesmen Chris and Hunter were great to work with. But when I went to pick up my car the customer service was not the same. The sales manager came out and then disa and Hunter were great to work with. But when I went to pick up my car the customer service was not the same. The sales manager came out and then disappeared handing me off to someone I didn’t know. I asked about my paperwork and he returned without it . I left the dealership with no paperwork! Hag to call back and ask for it. Also had to make another payment on my trade in after I was told “you should be good” it will be paid off before it’s due. Then I was told we have 20 days you probably make a payment and your bank will pay you back! More

I purchased my vehicle online and over the phone. Sales staff was friendly and helpful sending information on car. Delivered to my home for a test drive, signed paperwork and was done. Love the car. Jerry Hunt Supercenter was a hive of activity, our salesman was very good at selling cars- He didnt hesitate for one second- He wasnt pushy but kept the selling process flowing rapidly- and didnt alwa salesman was very good at selling cars- He didnt hesitate for one second- He wasnt pushy but kept the selling process flowing rapidly- and didnt always explain what he was doing, before we knew it he had all our info and was running a credit check before we agreed to buy the car- which in my case that was fine because I had already did my research and liked the car- There only 2 disappointing things -being handed off to 5 different people before we were done 3 hours after arriving at the dealership- The other thing that was disappointing is that they added LoJack for $595 onto my invoice , we were told that it wasn’t an option that all cars came with it but after reading the fine print once I got home (And yes, I should’ve read the fine print while signing the 50+ pieces of paper.) it is an option, when I called the dealership, I was told that they couldn’t take it off and the option was whether or not we want to renew it after a year -but other than that The price was good and everybody was friendly - More
