My husband and I went to Jerry hunt to look at buying a new vehicle for us. We ended up getting a truck this is our second vehicle from them and they are amazing. When we drove the truck off the lot driving home a rock smashed our windshield we did call the dealership knowing that once the vehicle is in our possession we have to deal with all damage but we did contact them and the lady at the front said it’s not an issue since we just got the vehicle they would replace it without a fee she told us to call the next day because the guy to schedule our repair was out. We did end up calling the next day and the problems started. We were told to send pictures in and by the end of the day we would have answer on whether they could fix it at no cost or would charge us. Here we are almost three weeks later with no call or email. We have tried multiple times to get someone on the phone but nothing. More
