I had to leave a one star because no star wasn’t an option. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership and would strongly encourage others to be cautious. I found the truck I wanted, test drove it, and decided to move forward with trading in my current vehicle. We went through the negotiation process and eventually agreed on numbers I was comfortable with. I initialed paperwork for both the trade-in value and the financing terms we discussed. After sitting at the dealership for hours, I was finally sent to the finance manager, Tyrone Mcelveen, to complete everything. This is where things took a turn. Without clearly explaining anything to me, he changed my loan term from 72 months to 84 months and added a warranty—without my knowledge or consent. Because the term was extended, the monthly payment stayed about the same, so it wasn’t immediately obvious what had been done. When I questioned why the total amount was higher than expected (around $7,000 more), I was told it was due to GAP coverage and interest. That didn’t sit right with me. I asked for an itemized breakdown before leaving, which I never received. (Still have yet to receive!) Later that night, I went through my paperwork more carefully and discovered a warranty brochure included—this was the first real indication that something had been added. Not a single document clearly showed a full breakdown of what I was paying for. I contacted the finance manager, Tyrone, the next day and asked directly if a warranty had been added to my loan. He admitted that it had and then tried to tell me that GAP required the warranty, which is simply not true. I immediately told him to cancel it. He claimed he did and sent over paperwork, but at that point I didn’t trust the situation. To be safe, I contacted the warranty company myself (which had not been done like he said) and confirmed the cancellation and secured a full refund. Because of this experience, my loan ended up being financed for thousands more than it should have been, and I’ve now had to take additional steps to refinance altogether. Moral of the story: be extremely careful here. Read every single document thoroughly, do not let anyone rush you, and don’t assume anything is being done in your best interest. Situations like this are exactly why people don’t trust dealerships. More

Since purchasing, I have gotten over ten letters and many more emails from different lenders showing credit applications. Which does not make sense because I do not see why they would run it on vehicles that I did not want to purchase. After the purchase, the dealership and finance department in Lexington reached out several times demanding more personal information like social security cards and bank/ credit card statements or else the bank would cancel the deal. I spoke with the bank and did verification with them and had verbal and written confirmation that I had completed all steps. That was not good enough for the finance department so they kept calling and kept demanding personal information to be sent via text or email. I refuse to provide personal information to a stranger no matter how much they try to convince me otherwise. This experience has been nothing but difficult and regrettable. More

Chris Thornton was so nice to us old folks and we appreciated him walking us through the process as we traded my pride and joy, my Jeep Wrangler for a Toyota Highlander Platinum with all the bells an appreciated him walking us through the process as we traded my pride and joy, my Jeep Wrangler for a Toyota Highlander Platinum with all the bells and whistles which is easier for us to get in and out of as we try to age gracefully. The folks at the dealership addressed every bump in the process and solved every issue with smiles and kindness and never made us feel that the issue was insurmountable. Would definitely recommend Jerry Hunt SuperCenter as the folks there treat you like family and not as vultures which we found at dealerships we had visited. They have so many beautiful cars to choose from, it's like a candy store for vehicles so will always recommend them to anyone looking to trade vehicles. Since we paid cash and did not finance anything, the process was easy. Yasin was so nice and kind to solve an issue immediately and Kristie solved a DMV issue always with a happy and reassurance tone in her voice and they all followed up with us to make sure we were happy and always invited us to come back to see them. Yes, they are like family! More
During my recent visit, I witnessed a specific sales manager subjecting his staff to a level of verbal abuse that was honestly shocking. Seeing a leader treat their team with that kind of public disrespect, especially in front of clientele, signals a massive lack of professional integrity and a toxic internal culture. As a customer, if this is how leadership treats their own people, I simply cannot trust this establishment with my vehicle or my financial interests. Frankly, this individual is a liability to your reputation. I previously attempted to post a review regarding this, but it was removed because I couldn’t provide the manager's name (as his photo is not listed on your website). Regardless, I feel upper management needs to be made aware of this behavior, as I am certain it was not an isolated incident. I strongly suggest a formal review of your floor leadership before more customers transition to your competitors. More
