I wish I had the same positivity as all of the 5-star reviews, truly. While in general I had an okay experience to start, apparently me going late and not extensively questioning them until the very reviews, truly. While in general I had an okay experience to start, apparently me going late and not extensively questioning them until the very end came back to bite me. Despite several verbal agreements and signing with Jason before going to financial about DENYING a feature, still having it slipped in with minimal communication/explanation during financing. The finance manager Xavier mostly looking to his computer with minimal communication unless asked, keeping the door open to a loud client directly across from us, letting employees keep walking in to ask questions/interrupt us. I let a dumb thing slip by me at the very end and now I'm being told there's no resolution to be made. Additionally, was offered a protection plan that require conditions such as 2 keys, then not receiving 2 keys. Then asking about the 2nd key on purchase day and shortly thereafter and just being told "Well just call in after the policy starts and say 'you broke a key' because its a key phrase and we'll give you a second one." And even being told "I was never given a second one wouldn't get me anywhere." Why do I have to lie to get what I need/am owed? Why did I not get offered a key until I spoke with management regarding other issues? "They won't know if you have a second key or when you got it" being told to me.. Why am I having to lie to get my service? Why was I even allowed to be signed up for a service that you can technically tell me no to at any time? Allegedly you won't know, but you can tell me it only had one key now. What's stopping you later? Trust? Incredibly frustrating if you do have an issue, minimal attempt to resolve an issue past "Well maybe if you trade in with us in the future.." Why would I want to do that if this is how I'm treated now? Apparently the paperwork you sign before finance means little. My fault as a first time buyer for not criticizing them more. Be vigilant particularly in the finance office, there is not much for corrections after the fact. Try to cut down your conversation with sales folk as much as possible, it doesn't hold much water, just get into finance and discuss with them asap. Super crummy first buying experience even with a "no haggle pricing." Apparently the haggle is pushing it until you miss it and then hiding it with misleading naming. My fault, I guess. A small update: I had spent some time on the phone with them arguing with Xavier and then a sales manager Derrick Aryee. Eventually I was told the GM was involved and he ended up proposing a check would be sent to my bank related to the issue I had. I agreed, thanked them, and nothing else was said. Currently 2 weeks out and have not seen the value reflected against the financed amount nor no call/email to me. Quite frankly if I have to pester them to do what they told me they would I don't think they deserve the praise for telling me they would. I guess I should've gotten that in writing. I held off on writing this because I had faith in the answer I was given but I'm choosing to submit it anyway considering it has been 2 weeks. More
