Very dissatisfied with Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi in Kansas City Missouri the young man working on my car decided to yell and scream at my friend who brought my car up for me because I work third shift. I like to purchase vehicles at Jeremy Franklin because of Jesse Hardin. Now don't get me wrong all of the salesmen, office staff, finance department, & service department are extremely friendly. But from the very first time I met Jesse he has been the car salesmen of my dreams. Jesse is a good listener and he remembers the things that I tell him, both personal as well as what I like in a car. He treats his customers with respect. He knows his product. He is not pushy, but he is very persuasive. As an example of his persuasiveness, I was in the service department getting a regular oil change. While I was waiting for my car, I went over the sales floor to speak to Jesse (which is what I always do when I come in for service). We exchanged the usual nice-it-ties( how is your family, how are the boys, etc, etc). But before I knew it Jesse is telling me about the latest model Mitsubishi. "Oh you have got to see it! I know you love blue, look at this one! You gotta test these leather seats!" And before I knew it, I wanted to do a test drive. One thing lead to another, and I ended up purchasing a 2022 Outlander. I have only had my new car for a few days, but I am very very pleased. In summation, thank you Jesse and thank you Jeremy Franklin! This is the the fourth car I have purchased from you. More
My experience in my purchase, i could not ask for more ! However the service i receive on my vehicle thereafter, not much i have been happy with. They also do not explain to you any details about the service done (if they even know anything about mechanical service) or try much at all in giving you any feeling of comfort when you go. I purchased a 2018 Hyundai from them which I picked up on De What ever you do NEVER purchase a vehicle from Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi of Kansas City. I purchased a 2018 Hyundai from them which I picked up on December 26th. Wednesday I was coming back from Topeka and the oil light came on and the vehicle shut down on me. After spending hours on the side of I-70 and finally getting towed to the Hyundai dealership in Topeka they get it on the lift and discover that the access panel is missing and the oil plug is GONE! After going back and forth for two days Jeremy Franklin refuses to take responsibility for the plug coming out. The vehicle still has the manufacturer warranty but because it was an error on their part the warranty won’t cover the new engine. The service manager Jim says that it wouldn’t have taken that long to come out so they won’t take responsibility. I now have a vehicle I’ve made one payment on that has a blown engine due to their neglect and they say I’m responsible for the repair. When I asked to speak to someone above Jim he said I could talk to the sales manager Chris, who is the one I spoke to originally on my call and acted like he didn’t know anything about it and said I’d have to talk to Jim. So they just want to pass the buck. I posted my frustration on my Facebook page and because of the negative comment they blocked me from posting a negative review on their page. So if you have a bad experience they just block the review. I had seen some poor reviews on Yelp after I bought it. I hoped I was would be lucky. Please warn everyone you know that they are not a reputable dealership and what ever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! More
