They had poor communication with us through out the process. I always had to be the one to call. They didn’t check the insurance underwriter. So when parts came in they were wrong. Everything about the process. I always had to be the one to call. They didn’t check the insurance underwriter. So when parts came in they were wrong. Everything about the experience was disappointing. I understand people make mistake but it’s about how you fix them and nothing got fixed till I called the service manger. More
