SCAMS and LIES SCAM ALERT! I took my 2003 mitsubishi Lancer in to have an electrical issue with the transmission diagnosed. I dropped it off 9am, and they called SCAM ALERT! I took my 2003 mitsubishi Lancer in to have an electrical issue with the transmission diagnosed. I dropped it off 9am, and they called back around 2pm same day saying they COULD NOT DIAGNOSE ELECTRICAL ISSUE -but- that I needed a whole NEW transmission. Any transmission specialist will tell you that you MUST locate electrical issue before replacing transmission. SOmething as simple as a loose wire or bad sensor could cause shift problems. SO why would they tell me it was the transmission!? Next the mechanic suggested that I TRADE IT IN FOR A NEWER MODEL!? WHAT!? I was told they would need a $3,750 for a USED transmission $900 for labor. I was quoted from 3 OTHER businesses that a used transmission would be about $750 + $900 labor. Certified Transmission said they would diagnose electrical and IF IT WAS the transmission they wouldnt charge me more than $2,300 TOTAL for a remanufactured transmission and put me in a rental car at no additional charge. At this point I KNEW it was a scam. THEN they wouldnt let me take my car home. They wanted me to COME BACK in the morning. ( when banks are open mind you) They just wanted to convince me my car was hopeless to trade it in for pennies and MORE DEBT. More
They gave me the blues behind my car in the very beginning. Tagged it with a 30 day tag and it was in the shop the first month i had the car. They were supposed to fix my windows. Some janky mechanic rigged th and the worked for one day. I took my car for a oil change and literally 2 days latery radiator blew. It looks like someone knocked all the blades off the fan. I asked for a loaner, Tony said that the sales man had all the cars out and he didn't have any. Its been over a week still no loner? I talked to a salesman there he told me they had some. I have been nothing but nice about the situation yet i cant get a phone call back. I call and call and ended up having to call from a different phone just to get him to answer the phone. My wish is that this place be closed forever!! Im trying to be patient but i feel like they are testing me so that they can refuse me service when i go ballistic on they arses. But karma will get them easier than i can. I hate this place and hate is such a strong word for me. More

As I was traveling from St. Louis to Kansas City I experienced clutch issues. I contacted Paul at Jeremy Franklin Suzuki to ask about it, he told me what he thought it was, gave me the name and numbe experienced clutch issues. I contacted Paul at Jeremy Franklin Suzuki to ask about it, he told me what he thought it was, gave me the name and number of a tow truck in the event that I didn’t make it to the store, and then looked to see if he had the part in stock. When I arrived to the store he was ready for me, paperwork in hand. I was also greeted by Dion, who works in sales. I work in the auto industry, so I know that it is standard procedure to have the sales department actively work with service in putting people in new cars. He was not pushy with his approach, he showed me a few cars while I killed time waiting for my rental car. My car was repaired and ready as promised and works fantastic! I will absolutely use Jeremy Franklin Suzuki again, and would recommend this service department to anyone. More
Driving from Colorado, engine light luminated, Took car to O'Reillys Auto service, They Said it was a bad catalitic Converter Code. I called and talked to Paul Griffin in the service Dept. Paul listened ve to O'Reillys Auto service, They Said it was a bad catalitic Converter Code. I called and talked to Paul Griffin in the service Dept. Paul listened very patiently as I Explained the situation, Paul advised me to bring the car in and have it checked out, to see what they could do to help me. Paul did the nesscessary paper work. Explained in detail what needed to be done and also the cost. Which was N/A due to the warranty. Paul showed us to the waiting room , as our car was being serviced. Dion a Sales Consultant, introduced himself and asked if we needed any further assistance, My wife asked him a question about a spare key for our car. Dion without hesitation took us back to the Parts Dept. where he introduced us to Ian Taylor, who Kindly took our order and processed it right away. Ian Taylor got us the key blank, gave us the address & information to have the key cut. Ian also ordered us a clicker. Soon after,Paul said the car was done. It was a wonderful experience, Everyone was so nice and Friendly. Today Friday July 27th Returned to Jeremy Franklin to retrieve my remote clicker. Was imediately welcomed by Dion as he opened the door for us. Saw Paul he greeted us with a friendly smile and hello. He put us in touch with Patrick. Which by the way is the person I had talked to earlier before arriving. Patrick got right on it, got the remote programed we checked in with Ian Taylor who is always so friendly and helpful. Then we were on our way. Unfortunately we were here in town, from Denver, Colorado to attend a funeral. You all made our stay here so pleasant and easier to bear. I was pleased with the cost of the repair service as well as the amount of time it took to complete the repair. The dealership is close to my job so very convenient. Also, as result of getting my oil chang as the amount of time it took to complete the repair. The dealership is close to my job so very convenient. I was not able to get them do the same day; however, the service manager stated he would be willing to give me a 10% discount off the needed repairs upon my return. The dealership honored the discount when I returned even though it was not in writing. More
