I had the buying experience of a lifetime. TJ Clark helped me get into the car I wanted at a fantastic price. He was friendly and I felt immediately at ease. I have never been treated so well when purchasing anything in my entire life. Imagine my suprise when it happened at a Car Dealership. I was given the Royal treatment and felt like a Queen. The staff is knowledgable and helpful with all the questions I had. It was great to go in knowing what I wanted and having the entire staff help me get it. TJ Clark really did his best and I cant say enough nice things about him. It is really refreshing in this time of economic hardship to be treated with the same respect regardless of what kind of money you might have to spend. I was asked what I was interested in first. Not how much do you want to spend? I visited alot of other Dealerships ( I live a stones throw from the Miracle Mile of Noland Road) and that was the first question out of all the other sales peoples mouth. And then the disinterest started. Well TJ Clark is a breath of fresh air and I WILL be recommending him and the Dealership to every person I know and sharing what a FANTASTIC experience I had at Jeremy Franklin Suzuki of Kansas City. We have purchased 3 cars from Jeremy Franklin Suzuki. They take exceptional pride in their work and attire. I have never seen good-looking men at a dealership who dress so professionally. I would also like to say that I have purchased two vehicles from Jeremey Franklin the first one was a 2005 Dodge Durango that I had for 3 years and unfortunately had to give back because of financial circumstances and the other vehicle I purchase was a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser that I fell in love with and without the help of Joseph and Hector doing their magic I wouldn't have the car today. I can really say Hector and Joseph know their jobs and help their customers when it comes to unusal circumstances. If I had any questions or concerns about my vehicles; Hector, Joseph and Jesse doesn't hesistate to offer their help. For start was the car it was what I wanted for three years. The color and model I seen in 2006 my new car is a 08. Friendliness overall is great you just got to go and see it and fill it for yourself. Now my experience was that these people here want to sale vehicle to the customers and will go to the extremes to make it a happy experience for you and, they did for me and they will for you too. Bought a used vehicle from this dealership and thought I was getting something that was in good condition. Vehicle looked good and said it was inspected and repaired only to have it break down 500 miles la was getting something that was in good condition. I purchased my car on 5/5 and picked up on 5/6. The wiper had not been replaced and the MO inspection had not taken place as promised. I brought back the next day and waited 2 hours (on my lunch hour) wiper had not been replaced and the MO inspection had not taken place as promised. I brought back the next day and waited 2 hours (on my lunch hour) for a wiper arm to be replaced. When I went up to someone and asked them why it was taking so long, they told me that they were changing the oil, etc. for the MO inspection. To top it all off, they didn't even have the wiper arm I came in to get! I was told the wiper would come in a couple of days. So I drive back to work and get a call that they had it and that I left too soon. So I had to make another trip in. It hasn't even been a week since I've purchasd this car and it's already headed to the shop as the a/c is not working in the back and there's a loud vibration when accelerating/turning. These are all things that should have been checked before releasing it to the customer. I am very disappointed in your dealership and my experience. I will not be back nor will I recommend anyone I know. The car I traded in was in better working order than this car and it had almost 50k miles on it. Shame on your salesman and service shop for not doing their job and trying to rush another car out the door. I call that poor customer service. More
We found our Eclipse at this dealer on the internet. The price was so good we almost did not believe it. We were greeting when we got to the lot by TJ Clark. He answered our questions about the vehicle very knowledgeably, took us on a test drive, and entertainted our kids while we discussed our possible purchase. We decided to purchase the vehicle, the price on the internet was the exact price we paid, and the dealer was able to get us a better interest rate than we had already securred. They intoduced us to all the departments at the dealer, Their service and parts departments are unbeleivable and so friendly, in house detailing, what more can you ask for.
