I understand things happen, but my biggest thing here is lack of respect for taking the extra step in communication. For example with Nehda, she could have easily called or emailed and said, " hey by the time you get here i will be gone for the day, but I already told so and so you were coming in, look for them. " instead of me sitting there, twiddling my thumbs, waiting like a fool for 15 min, before someone talked to me. I almost walked out for that alone completely. She didn't even bother to apologize for that scenario. With the car itself, since it was covered in dust, and the radio loud, I couldn't see the obvious huge scratch marks and hear the squeak of the steering wheel. Until after i already purchased it. They could have easily said, " just so you know, this car has some scratches on it and the steering wheel needs to be worked on. I can recommend some places for you to go that are reasonable for both, and we can see what we can do here. " instead it was a "oh yeah, you get what you get kind of reaction, and if you want something fixed, you can pay for it yourself. " both exanples i show, display consideration and understanding for people's time, as well is as a reflection of honest business. Also, bc I've had that change oil/low tire alert going off so much, I already went ahead and paid to have my oil changed and air put in. So not sure when I will be seeing you for a "check up"
