I got the best deal in town. The whole sales team was respectful and helpful. My salesman Joshua Espinosa seemed very knowledgeable and gave me everything upfront. Also the managers Hector and Joseph were willing to answer any questions I asked and gave me no pressure. Its hard to find that at a dealership now a days. He made me feel so welcomed and treated me with respect. He made me feel like I didn't have any disabilities at all. He took extra care to make sure I was comfortable without making me feel handicap. Let me start out by saying that my husband picked Jeremy Franklin Suzuki after doing a lot of research and having a bad experience at a dealership in Saint Joseph. I’m a new mom and my husband told me that it would be much easer to get him in and out of the car seat. So after him going down there he called me and told me that they were going to be able to get us a mini-van and a car, both newer than what we were trading in. He drove the mini-van home that night and I instantly fell in love with it. I don’t know why I waited so long for a min-van.
