We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. We here at Jeremy Franklin Suzuki appreciate all feedback from our customers, whether positive or negative, in order to improve on our customer service relations. In most situations, resolving a customer issue is fairly easy and usually due to a miscommunication. However, this customer has brought forth an unfortunate situation for which all we can offer is our sincere apology for the service received after their purchase. It is understandable for there to be an occasional mistake and/or miscommunication given the volume of business our Service Department handles on a daily basis. However, in this situation, it is apparent there were gross oversights on our part and all we can do in retrospect is offer our apologies for the experience. We do pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction both in our Sales Department and Service Department. We will take this information to heart and immediately address the processes in place to ensure no other customer is faced with the same situation in the future. We look forward to the opportunity to make the needed repairs to this vehicle in a timely and efficient manner at the time of the next scheduled appointment.
