My experience was very good. I came in with several challenges for them to overcome, in order to get me in a vehicle, and they were able to do it no problem. Where do I even start? The salesman who I was working with told me several lies about the car to begin with. He told me it had anti-lock brakes, which it doesn't. He told me it had automatic lights, which it doesn't. He told me it was a V6 when really its only 4. He told me it had heated side mirrors, which it doesn't. He told me the MPGs were 25 city and 30 highway, when really its about 20 city and 25 highway. Because I THOUGHT it had everything I wanted I bought the car in early January. It did have a few small things that I wanted fixed which he agreed to (broken vent, broken lock, and scratches on the bumper). The salesman told me they would be fixed before I picked up the car. I go to pick up the car, and nothing had been fixed. I set an apointment to come in and get them fixed. I came back about a week later, waited about an hour for them to come and tell me that their service people left around the time I had gotten there (yes an HOUR earlier). So, I set another apointement a week later. I come back, again, wait about an hour to find that the only thing fixed was the scratches on the bumper which looked like it was done with a q-tip, I was then informed that their service people, AGAIN, had left before the job was done. So, I make yet another apointment, this time I wait about an hour and a half for them to tell me they dont have the right parts. Again, another apointment, again waiting an hour, again they tell me they cant fix it because they ordered a part for a Caliber, not an Avenger. After, yet another irritating visit, I called back when I left to let the manager know what was going on. I wait on hold for him to talk to the service people, when he come back on the line, all he basically tells me that that it will be fixed next time. So now I set up my 5th apointment, and I get there and wait another hour. They finally fixed the lock, but here's the kicker, the first thing out of the service guys mouth is "I'm the middle man so you can yell at me all you want" and he proceded to tell me that the part they ordered was not inspected when they received it and it was broken when they took it out of the box. So, I will admit, I'm PISSED at this point and I let him know how I felt. Instead of using the wonderful customer service that this dealership apparently prides themselves on he says "Well its only a vent, dont get mad" I said "NO! Its not just a vent, its that I've been here 5 times and everytime you keep giving me excuses!" and his reply is (in a very condisending manor) "Well I hope you have a wonderful day" and stalks off quickly ahead of me aparently pissed at ME! As he was walking away I asked where my key was and without even looking back or slowing down he said "In the car!" and he disappeared into the shop. So now its March 11, three months after I bought the car and something as simple as a vent has not even been fixed. I now have to make a 6th appointment to get something fixed that I was TOLD was going to be fixed before I even picked up the car. By far the WORST experience buying a car EVER!!! I would never buy another car here, nor would I ever recommend this place even to my worst enemy! I think its time to get your ____ together and stop advertising "friendly service" when its the farthest from the truth I've ever heard. (feel free to fill in the blank!!) More

All my questions were answered, the way a knowledgeable person of this subject matter should be able to answer them. I there was very informational. The quality of their service would have received a 5 rating too, except a couple of items were missed by the salesman, that I had to mention. Overall, I enjoyed my automobile buying experience there, and received a very good deal for my money and time. I have and would recommend this dealership again. More
The buying experience was good to work with Ricky, my salesperson. When the managaer, Joseph Espinoza, got involved, it made it tough to sign the dotted line (an interaction not worth noting). After I purchased the car the service department was a little suspect. The seat repair to several small cigarette burns was completed but it was not the best craftsmanship. Then the part that is irritating but not devestating. My car was to have carpeted car mats in the front and rear as noted on the window sticker (which I kept as record). When I went to get into the car I purchased, the drivers side did not have a mat. Both Joeseph and Ricky said they would get me a mat but didn't have one at the time. It has been a month and a half now and without boring everyone, the dealership does not have nor will it purchase a new mat. Correspondence with them has been minimal, except when I initiated the interaction. When confronted, Joseph said he will get one to me when they get a car in to match my interior carpet. Again, it has been over a month and a half since I bought my car with no activity. This is, at the most, an $80 purchase that they do not seem willing to make to complete their obligation. I will not recommend this dealer and I had thought the dishonest car dealerships had vanished, however, I am mistaken. Thankfully this is only an $80 remedy and not something major. This dealership wants you to sign and will not take care of the back end issues. Good luck to anyone purchasing a car from Jeremy Franklin Suzuki. PS: They may respond by saying that they will get me a mat "once they get a car in that matches" my car interior. Again, it has been a month and a half and next to no communication about their intentions, I do not believe a word they say. More
