My title also had issues from a different state which apparently accrued during the purchase at auction. No responsibility was taking for my inconvenience except finger pointing towards the state. However, I've had nothing short of outstanding experiences with the service department. My family recommended them to me because of their great buying experiences in the past. But, since this negative experience I won't be recommending anyone to buy a vehicle there again. More

Some good, but alot to work on. LET ME BE CLEAR ABOUT THIS. MY FIVE STAR RATING ACROSS THE BOARD GOES TOWARDS THE SALESMAN INDIVIDUALLY. NOT THE DEALERSHIP. Positively speaking, I li LET ME BE CLEAR ABOUT THIS. MY FIVE STAR RATING ACROSS THE BOARD GOES TOWARDS THE SALESMAN INDIVIDUALLY. NOT THE DEALERSHIP. Positively speaking, I like my car ok. I think it was a good fit and am truly grateful for Stacey. He was a good salesman and one of the redeeming aspects that made it worth it. I appreciated also that the staff were friendly and not overbearing pushy. Negatives: I was originally supposed to be with Nehda, but was abandoned w/out a word. Bc of that, I feel info needs to be passed along regarding their clients (stage, interest level, budget, whether credit was ran etc) to another salesperson and to the client themselves! ! if that one is not avail until they return (ex: if they are on a test drive, with another client) so the other salesperson can help move things along quicker, and that client is not having to waste time retelling the same info and everybody knows what's going on. I would prefer to be stuck with the same person the entire process and ONLY them, not a new face every visit, appointments kept, notifications given, have car defects disclosed to me prior to purchase as a courtesy (used or not) believe the process overall should not take a whole day esp with multiple prior visits. (I was made to wait alot, seller was not informed of me coming in, ended up being 1/2 hr late to work by the time all was finished bc of it). I've only had the car a week, and it's already telling me I need an oil change and have a low tire, though the sticker shows I have another 3000 miles. Definitely was given the "first timer approach", just not the easing, pampering, loving treatment that goes along with it. Other than that, the experience was decent for a "first car purchase ever" visit. I learned a lot about the difference between what to expect, and what I should expect. :) More
