Spent a hour and a half trying to buy a van. Was basically told I didn't want the van as I should buy something more expensive. Then was left sitting for over an hour and totally ignored. When I walked into JF I did not get that overwhelming feeling that I was being forced or pressured to purchase a vehicle. I started out working with a guy name Kevin, Keith (it started with a "K") and h feeling that I was being forced or pressured to purchase a vehicle. I started out working with a guy name Kevin, Keith (it started with a "K") and he was also just as nice and answered a lot of my questions before I walked into the store. I ended up working with Brandon and Joseph and they were AWESOME!!! When I was in the process of making a decision to either buy from JF or from another dealership they did not bombard me with telephone calls. They would call maybe every other day or every third day. I think that if I would have been or felt pressured I probably would have gone to a different dealership. I told them what I could do and what I was working with and they made it happen for me. Before I got my car and after the purchase of my car I called quite a bit and spoke with Brandon and Joseph (I had questions) and they always took my calls and answered my questions. If they did not know the answer they would find out and call me back. So, I can say that I am another satisfied customer. ? More

I was very pleased with the service rendered and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I was not inconvenienced as I was given a loaner car for the day.
