I went to the dealership to purchase a used vehicle. The car that I purchased is a nice vehicle, but it is out of my price range as far as payments. I contacted the dealership to find out who the lender was car that I purchased is a nice vehicle, but it is out of my price range as far as payments. I contacted the dealership to find out who the lender was to cancel the loan and was advised by the manager that there was no way that he was letting me out of the deal and would nit give me the lender's name. He told me that it was one company but when I contacted them to cancel the loan, they said that they did not approve a loan for me.The dealership intentionally gave me the wrong info so that they could not get the loan cancelled. I was not even given copies of my documentation to verify that the loan was actually approved. I don't believe that the loan has been approved and they are shopping my loan around hoping to get an approval from someone, meanwhile they are holding the vehicle that I am trading in trying to list it on their website when it has not been paid off yet. I have never had such bad customer service in my life and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, no matter what their credit situation may be. They will rip you off. I feel that if you cannot produce a valid lender, then you should cancel the deal and return my vehicle. More
