The dealer did not try to help me at all. I gave him what I could afford every month and he came out with a paper that DOUBLED what I said I could afford and said there was nothing else he could do for me. When I arrived the first time Patrick told me it was a 45 minute wait so I asked if I came back later did he think it would be faster, he told me yes. I specified what I was looking for and asked me him my que lifetime. I went to Jeremy Franklin Suzuki because I trust the manager, Hector Espinoza. I specified what I was looking for and asked me him my questions. Mr. Espinoza was always cordial and always specific. On the one or two questions which he could not answer immmediately, he went and retrieved the answer for me. After the sale, they have been just as great to work with, not forgetting my name nor the fact that I just purchased a car. Words can't express how greatful I am to have a sales rep like TJ and a dealership like Jeremy Franklin. I have some severe credit issues and was not once treated any different. Jeremy Franklin even took the time to come over and introduce his self to me. My process was unbelievably fast. I previously applied at other dealerships and was told because of my credit they couldn't help me. TJ at Jeremy Franklin told me he could help me and he did!!!! I was able to purchase a late model/low mileage vehicle at a great price!!! The best thing about my experience is they gave me options. They treated me as if I had the best credit score ever. They also gave me some great incentives such as free detailing and very low cost oil changes. Thank you Jeremy Franklin and TJ!!!!
