That is very disappointing to us, as it is in our best interest that we excel above and beyond to do our utmost best in assisting all our customers with excellence and professionalism. However, there are times when having exasperated all and any means to accommodate a customer within their means, which we find it difficult that we are unable to be of assistance to get them in to that special vehicle of their choice.
