Driving from Colorado, engine light luminated, Took car to O'Reillys Auto service, They Said it was a bad catalitic Converter Code. I called and talked to Paul Griffin in the service Dept. Paul listened ve to O'Reillys Auto service, They Said it was a bad catalitic Converter Code. I called and talked to Paul Griffin in the service Dept. Paul listened very patiently as I Explained the situation, Paul advised me to bring the car in and have it checked out, to see what they could do to help me. Paul did the nesscessary paper work. Explained in detail what needed to be done and also the cost. Which was N/A due to the warranty. Paul showed us to the waiting room , as our car was being serviced. Dion a Sales Consultant, introduced himself and asked if we needed any further assistance, My wife asked him a question about a spare key for our car. Dion without hesitation took us back to the Parts Dept. where he introduced us to Ian Taylor, who Kindly took our order and processed it right away. Ian Taylor got us the key blank, gave us the address & information to have the key cut. Ian also ordered us a clicker. Soon after,Paul said the car was done. It was a wonderful experience, Everyone was so nice and Friendly. Today Friday July 27th Returned to Jeremy Franklin to retrieve my remote clicker. Was imediately welcomed by Dion as he opened the door for us. Saw Paul he greeted us with a friendly smile and hello. He put us in touch with Patrick. Which by the way is the person I had talked to earlier before arriving. Patrick got right on it, got the remote programed we checked in with Ian Taylor who is always so friendly and helpful. Then we were on our way. Unfortunately we were here in town, from Denver, Colorado to attend a funeral. You all made our stay here so pleasant and easier to bear. What attracted me to this dealer was an internet listing for an older model Jeep. I had owned a Jeep for 16 years, and was a happy owner. So I responded on line to the Jeep ad. Jesse contacted me phone l for an older model Jeep. I had owned a Jeep for 16 years, and was a happy owner. So I responded on line to the Jeep ad. Jesse contacted me phone less than an hour after I applied on line to tell me that the Jeep had been sold, and he convinced me that if I came out to the dealership he would find me something that I would like. I had not shopped for a vehicle in over 16 years, and I had already purchased a vehicle from an auction( not related to the dealership) that turned out to be a real lemon. So, I was not thrilled about going into the Franklin's dealership. Besides, it was not a Chrysler dealer. But as it turned out Jess was very courteous, friendly, and honest. I liked his honesty about terms, conditions, etc. related to the purchase. I have less than perfect credit, but he was able to work a great deal out for me. I did not like the total price of the vehicle, but that was related to my credit record which had nothing to do with the salesperson or the dealership. I am very happy that I now have a used vehicle that has low mileage and 100% warranty. More

When it came time to handle the financial end of the deal, Hector was very kind as well. He listened to what I needed as far as monthly payments and delivered! I felt like both men were very honest caring stand up guys! I will buy from Jeremy Franklin Suzuki again! And I will recommend them to anyone I know! More

I owned a Grand Vitara in Florida 12 years ago and loved it, but didn't think I could afford a new one until I came in to Jeremy Franklin and met with Vernessa and Sales Manager, Chris. After test driving it, but didn't think I could afford a new one until I came in to Jeremy Franklin and met with Vernessa and Sales Manager, Chris. After test driving the 2012 Grand Vitara, I realized it is a much improved version of my old one....so many safety features, and a smooth ride. Vernessa and Chris worked the numbers with me and I am thrilled to say that I am now the owner of a bright red, GV. It's a beauty with a striking black interior! In my quest for a new car, I'd been to 5 other dealers in two weeks and by far my experience at Jeremy Franklin was the most customer friendly. I wish I'd stopped there first. More

I was pleased with the cost of the repair service as well as the amount of time it took to complete the repair. The dealership is close to my job so very convenient. I was not able to get them do the same day; however, the service manager stated he would be willing to give me a 10% discount off the needed repairs upon my return. The dealership honored the discount when I returned even though it was not in writing. More

The quality of vehicle and competitiveness of pricing was outstanding, but more importantly, the service and follow up after t before this purchase. After delivery I received multiple follow ups to make sure everything was as it should be and to address any concerns. Since everything was so thorough during the process, there were none but I have no doubt any issue would have been handled immediately. Outstanding experience!! More
