Jeremy Franklin Suzuki of Kansas City wrote on 10/20/2012 1:20:54 PM: Our Dealership participates in the Dealer Rater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your Dealer Rater review, you did not share that experience. In this particular situation the customer was a first time buyer with no credit and required a co-signer. There was a $7,500.00 negative equity from the trade-in with zero cash down. To provide the best interest rate in terms available based upon the customers credit financial situation is the reason for utilizing only ten financial institutions over a 5 day period out of the 42 that are available to us. We always work within the best interest and financial ability of the customer to assist them. Sometimes this can not always be the case. We did however achieve four different credit approvals on their behalf based on what they were trying to accomplish. The customer elected not to take advantage of this opportunity. That is very disappointing to us, as it is in our best interest that we excel above and beyond to do our utmost best in assisting all our customers with excellence and professionalism. However, there are times when having exasperated all and any means to accommodate a customer within their means, which we find it difficult that we are unable to be of assistance to get them in to that special vehicle of their choice.
