Our Dealership participates in the Dealer Rater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service. However, based on your Dealer Rater review, you did not share that experience. Ms. Michelle D. Myers purchased a 2008 Lincoln Navigator. On two separate occasions, prior to her purchase, Ms. Myers came in to our dealership to review all documentation, plus her financial obligation and had many days to make her final decision before moving forward with her final purchase. Unfortunately, Ms. Myers statement as she describes it is inaccurate. After her purchase to which she signed and agreed to all obligations and liabilities, Ms. Myers was very pleased and happy with her purchase. In as such, we will quote the positive review Ms. Meyers gratefully gave of our services. Review as quoted by Ms. Myers: “The salesman, Jesse, was very knowledge in the vehicles on the lot. He got me into a vehicle that I wanted & was affordable for me. I would recommend him to friends.” (Original copy on file.) Ms. Myers was provided all legal documents and information pertaining to her purchase prior to leaving our dealership as it is customary. It is unfortunate that when Ms. Myers attempted to purchase a different vehicle at a different dealership after having already purchased from us, that she returned to our dealership with the sales representative from the other dealership demanding us to stop the transaction that was completed approximately 7 – 10 days earlier. When we explained to Ms. Meyers that was no longer an option as she had signed and agreed to a legal contract, she became upset and thus prompting this unfair review. That is very disappointing to us, as it is in our best interest that we excel above and beyond to do our utmost best in assisting all our customers with excellence and professionalism. We find it difficult that we are unable to accommodate and be of assistance to Ms. Myers. We wish her the best of endeavors.
