It had transmission issues (leaking, pressure sensor outage ... ) and the airbag light came on and off over and over. After a few trips (and some money) to the service department, we finally called the salesman we bought it from and told him what was happening. Andrew is awesome. He’s funny, personable, helpful and proved to fight for us. Wes, the finance dude (Young M.C) is also super. Very friendly folks, fun place, obviously a place that staff loves their jobs. Honestly a little weary of certified Honda’s with cvt transmissions though, can’t lie. More

F250 repair I am writing in regards to my last visit and how much I appreciate the outstanding customer and maintenance service your staff always provides startin I am writing in regards to my last visit and how much I appreciate the outstanding customer and maintenance service your staff always provides starting with leaders Casey Jenkins and Brett Segebart. I was picked up by cliff bowen who was very cordial and professional. Although I think he should not have utilized his horn to inform me he had arrived since it was in the morning hours. Service advisor Mike Cooper is always a pleasure to work with. Great communication skills, he will always inform me of any delays I.e. parts ordered or a shortage of technicians due to vacation or illness. My technician Corbin McKnight completed the task in a timely manner and I received my vehicle clean to include the engine compartment. Lied to and lack of communication, wasted my time Woke up early and was there at open, spent 3 hours doing paperwork for finance. All was well and finance didn't say "no" or anything. Just said that it'd be difficult with our credit situation but it wasn't impossible. We talked and worked out some numbers and had a deal. He said that it was hard for him to get in touch with the proper banking people so to give him a few hours to work on it and he'll get back to us asap with an answer or a solution. We left and waited, which was 11 a.m by that time. 2p.m rolls around, nothing so i decide to text Bob Dhuram and no reply or anything back. 3:30 comes and i decide to call, Bob says "still no word yet but i'll let you know if i hear anything". I say ok and wait. About 30 minutes later on our way home from target i decide to swing by and see what's the hold up. Bob says " still no word yet from Wes (finance guy) but i'll be sure to call you if i get anything back". So i leave. I decide to see what my chances are at wyatt johnson down the road. I get a car and a deal worked up but am waiting on word back from "Bob". almost closing time a little after 7 when i text him and ask what's going on and he says " no answer yet" and i told him that i wanna move on a car that i have a deal on if nothing and he says go for it due to no answer yet. By that time comes due to the waiting, I lost the car. Someone else bought it with a hefty down payment and easier paperwork than mine was. Ended up with nothing and a wasted day and lied to. Seriously guys, if I couldn't get financed then tell me. I'm a grown man so it wont hurt to hear a NO. Don't lie to me and waste my time, i don't waste your's. Simple. If that's how you guys wanna communicate then by all means, put up a sign saying you're all full of bull and will not stay in contact. If i could, I'd even return my car right now back to you guys. I'd rather be car-less than have a car that i previously bought from here. Very disappointed and don't waste my time. More

Rocky Noland - Sales Manager is by far one of the best that I have ever worked with, not b I have met a lot of sales professionals across my lifetime. Rocky Noland - Sales Manager is by far one of the best that I have ever worked with, not because he sold me a vehicle...he listened to me. At that time, before changing our mind, we were set on having a Nissan Quest. Rocky was able to take one in on trade, and contacted me the moment it was available. Unlike most places, this vehicle was immaculate and fully detailed - showroom or move in ready, if you will. I attribute my buying decision/closure to him. We did not buy the vehicle, but to me it wasn't about that. We continue to keep in touch for my next vehicle process. I am hoping I can buy from him. Deal with Rocky! More
