Went in for an oil change tire rotation, and a recall on the back seatbelt. They took six hours to do this. This is very unacceptable. If it’s gonna take more than two hours they need to let somebody know at the beginning so that they could either rent a car and go to the mall or something instead of spending six hours and those low back chairs that causes back aches and neck pain i’m not sure which associate was taking care of us but all I do know is that by talking to all the people that was waiting to have their cars done none of them in there and there was happy because I was either waiting more than two hours or they was waiting for hours all I know is that when I looked out to see what they was doing to my car I seen a mechanic doing with drinking a Powerade drink, and doing a lot of talking and flirting More
