Asked that my right rear tire be checked for a slow leak, was told it was fine, no problem found. The next day - Saturday- I had plans & found that my "no problem" tire had 18 psi! I'm 81 & my husband is 82 was told it was fine, no problem found. The next day - Saturday- I had plans & found that my "no problem" tire had 18 psi! I'm 81 & my husband is 82 so things he could normally handle are no longer possible. We must rely on our auto dealership/service department to provide good service. Very disappointed as I looked at the service order & did not see my request for tire check even noted by Service Advisor. These things are important for safety! More

I don’t feel there’s any concern for accurate work lately. Had front end warranty work done (at Jenkins’ recommendation) months ago and turns out they did not do an alignment. 3 months ago I went back lately. Had front end warranty work done (at Jenkins’ recommendation) months ago and turns out they did not do an alignment. 3 months ago I went back for an oil change and discussed the non-alignment and the cupping in my front right tire. The technician agreed an alignment should have been done and agreed to do it during that visit. This last visit (another oil change) the same technician recommended an alignment due to cupping on the tires. I described the last 3 visits and said I felt like they are just pencil whipping the report to which I was told “yeah probably”!!! The first pencil whip was a few years ago when I installed an air filter in the parking lot before my oil change - I was then told that I needed to have an air filter change - the air filter was only 30 minutes old!!! This will just be another review lost in the we don’t really care” abyss! More
