When I arrived, I wasn't greeted right away. Then when a lady came over to help us. She asked what kind of service I needed. I told her we had an appointment for an oil change and she took our k Then when a lady came over to help us. She asked what kind of service I needed. I told her we had an appointment for an oil change and she took our keys and told us it'd be about an hour an hour to an hour and a half wait. We said okay and told her we would be waiting in the lobby. About an hour after waiting I noticed her come in but didn't say anything to us. We proceeded to wait at least another 30 to 45 min then I realized my car was parked out front. I told my husband and he said let's go ask if it's finished. We went to the cashier and they said it was. I asked them why we weren't notified that It was done? Because of her lack of communication, we waited a lot longer than necessary. So I asked for the manager but then they told me that our service rep was in fact the manager. I figured there was no need to complain to her since the complaint would fall on her and no one else was around that we could speak to that was higher up than her. This lady needs to learn some basic courtesy and maybe a little more manners. It's already a long wait and by her just moving our car to the front when she knew we were waiting and giving us no acknowledgement, it just burns me up. She obviously thinks her time is more valuable than ours. Terrible service. Probably won't be going back to this dealership. More
