In my opinion this dealer have very bad customer services and I don't recommend. Thanks to the help of Sami and Carlos I was able to solve it, but it seems disrespectful to me that they take advantage of p and I don't recommend. I specified that I only needed the 5000 Mile service and the girl Ashley Mathis told me to change the oil and filter to which I said yes, she shows me the paper and I sign (my mistake was not reading and trusting) believing in It was agreed to only change the oil and filter, it turns out that they make unauthorized changes and charge me an amount for a service that I did not request. Be careful and check well. Out of respect for customers, cashiers should have more empathy and look people in the face when making transactions. I bought my Nissan rogue sport on the other side of florida. I’ve been to two Nissan dealers since then. Jenkins is the third. The first two were chaotic in the dealerships. Wonderful staff in service and sales. I had a recall on my key fobs from Nissan. Jenkins gave me a free oil change and an inspection on my vehicle. Super fast and just a very nice experience here. Thanks so much. My dad owned a Ford and Jeep dealership in Illinois. I was parts and service at the Ford dealership. This is how I ran the Ford dealership and today brought back super nice memories. Everything going smoothly at Jenkins. More

5pm appointment, was advised 1 hour, almost 2 and a half hours later finally completed oil change. No one bothered to let me know, as my wife was waiting for us at the restaurant at 6pm, she finally went ho hours later finally completed oil change.
