Have used this dealership for 3 vehicles since 2002. Purchasing and all service. Rarely is there a problem with service but if there is it is corrected promptly. Our first time there. Made an appointment for service for 2:00 pm and arrived at 1:45 was told it would take 4 hours or more to get oil change. Your service writer tried for about 45 minutes and could not ge 2:00 pm and arrived at 1:45 was told it would take 4 hours or more to get oil change. Your service writer tried for about 45 minutes and could not get us into your system. Was very cold with a strong wind at his station. He finally connected us with Robin which she took our info and let us go in side where it was warm. Very thankful for that. She came in about 15 minutes later and said we were all set and had a ride for us to go get lunch. Then we were picked up and brought back to dealership. Wasn't long and our vehicle was ready. So we got out of there at a little after 5:00 More

I drove from Orlando to check out this Nissan. I have to say I was so pleased and would make the hour drive again.
