Takes too long for service. Even with warranty, the prices of service are extremely high. Even with warranty, the prices of service are extremely high. More

Very welcoming staff, friendly demeanors and always offering helpful information. Never too pushy and always just offering the opportunity to make easy vehicle decisions. offering helpful information. Never too pushy and always just offering the opportunity to make easy vehicle decisions. More
The staff in the service department is great. Jami handled my service; and oil change and yes, I was upsold to new rotors & brakes on one axle, and brake fluid flush & change, and oil flush, but Jami handled my service; and oil change and yes, I was upsold to new rotors & brakes on one axle, and brake fluid flush & change, and oil flush, but my car has 68K with all the originals on it. I was not pressured to do something that; a) I knew that service was coming, b) It was my choice where to have the work done, and c) Jenkins previously replaced my 2017 Sentra's transmission under warranty for $0. The rotors were reasonable considering it's a dealer, the brakes were worn out and needed replacing, the brake fluid and oil flush will never need to be done again. Yes, I could have had the work done cheaper, but I came in for an oil change, same as when they discovered the bad transmission 13,000 miles ago. Had I gone somewhere else, they might not have told me about the brakes, rotors (all original) or brake fluid. In no case would anywhere else have known my transmission was going out before, nor would they have replaced it at no charge. I'm not having Jenkins rebuild my car, but I trust them to tell me when I need something, they don't pressure me to do it, and I trust them to tell me the truth. The only negative is the time I have to wait. A simple oil change takes over 2 hours and has taken 3. That seems like a long time even for a walk-in, but excessive for someone like me who always has an appointment and I wait there (there's nowhere within walking distance to go). It would be nice to have an express service that doesn't do inspections, just oil changes for those who wait at the dealership. I would appreciate them looking over the car every few visits, but maybe not every 3000 miles if it takes that long; I suggest as an option, that could be opted out by the customer in the interest of time. The car handles much better and runs smooth. The techs that worked on my car in May 2024 aren't on the service staff list as of this review in July 2024. They were Raul, Zackary and Steven. Thanks guys! More
