He told us some people like this channel and he is one of them. He told us to find a different TV if we wanted to watch something else. Is this how you treat your customers? I thought the TV in the waiting area is for your customers? Shouldn't the employee be working and doing his job? If you want good customer service, don't look at Jenkins Nissan. More

Asked that my right rear tire be checked for a slow leak, was told it was fine, no problem found. The next day - Saturday- I had plans & found that my "no problem" tire had 18 psi! I'm 81 & my husband is 82 was told it was fine, no problem found. The next day - Saturday- I had plans & found that my "no problem" tire had 18 psi! I'm 81 & my husband is 82 so things he could normally handle are no longer possible. We must rely on our auto dealership/service department to provide good service. Very disappointed as I looked at the service order & did not see my request for tire check even noted by Service Advisor. These things are important for safety! More
