Steven Souffron was my Service Advisor. He kept me well informed about my vehicle's service progress. Professional & polite. The service technicians were able to diagnose the hidden codes t He kept me well informed about my vehicle's service progress. Professional & polite. The service technicians were able to diagnose the hidden codes that I had found and with meticulous troubleshooting find the specific part within the transmission that was causing the code. By doing so the entire transmission did not need to be replaced; thus saving me time & money. I have always had prompt & couteous service at Jenkins Lakeland Nissan. More
