Wait time okay, service good, price good I bought my tires there, so I got a free rotation, and I got the $5.00 oil change. They also checked my battery, and I needed a new one. AL is AMAZING! I have been looking for a car for over 4 months now. I've gone through CarMax, Lakeland Toyota, Lakeland Ford, and just on the off chance I tried Jenkins Nissan. I was being given to run aro months now. I've gone through CarMax, Lakeland Toyota, Lakeland Ford, and just on the off chance I tried Jenkins Nissan. I was being given to run around treated as if my opinion didn't matter and all the other car dealerships. Al was so sweet and patient and I enjoyed that we got to a relationship that we were joking around with each other. He is very personable which really counts when my time is important because I work constantly and he was even patient waiting for me to do some of my online work while in between paperwork. I took many of his cards and will recommend him and Jenkins Nissan to other people. I process about 700 students a year as an online teacher and talk to many parents uncles and grandparents and new coming up drivers. Jen Brenes More

Wish I knew the service rep who helped me. Went in for an oil change. On inspection, I had several things that rated in the red. I was never given an explanation and didn’t know about it until I left and rev oil change. On inspection, I had several things that rated in the red. I was never given an explanation and didn’t know about it until I left and reviewed my inspection paper. The rep usually always comes and tells me if another service is needed. Also, I know for a fact that when I get my oil changed, fluids are not being topped off as expected. I had several fluids very low, before returning, and had to go and fill them myself before a road trip. Not very pleased More

Maintenance I arranged a ride because i expected my vehicle to be a couple of hours before it was ready. I was amazingly surprised that it was less that an hour.
