My dip stick was broken when I went to get my oil change and robin the service advisor alone with the manager was trying to blame it on me and not pay for it. I asked to speak to a manager and everyone said that the manager is too busy but one of the managers was walk around with the dip stick. I now got consumer affairs involved to deal with the replacement of my property. I hold Nissan to a higher standards but after yesterday, I don’t think I will be returning. More

The service was good except for the long wait. I scheduled an appointment by calling the dealership directly then was told it would be four hours because they had over 100 appointments that day.
