I went for an oil change at 1 pm did not leave the dealership until almost 5:30 pm. I had 4 tires replaced last year and that took almost 4 hours as well. My appointment was at 5 pm and I was the last dealership until almost 5:30 pm. I had 4 tires replaced last year and that took almost 4 hours as well. My appointment was at 5 pm and I was the last service customer that day. It should not take that long for an oil change or to have tires replaced. I am not sure I will EVER go back to this dealership for any services that are needed on my vehicle. More

Luis was the nicest person we have ever come across. He seemd to go way out of his way to show us a vehicle that was just the right one for us. Customer service was great. But everytime I bring my vehicle in to get serviced, the technician never put the clips in to secure the flap or plastic item in the front of my vehi But everytime I bring my vehicle in to get serviced, the technician never put the clips in to secure the flap or plastic item in the front of my vehicle. I don't know the name of the item. And I'm always missing clips. I live 40 minutes away to return. So I try to get another service center (Walmart, Sam's or Goodyear) to secure the flap, because it is hanging when I drive. So it drags. Very aggravating! More
