After spending almost $100 to change Oil and rotate tires I would think the service tech would top off the window washer fluid and the radiator coolant. My Nissan is still under warranty. I own a 2025 Toyota I would think the service tech would top off the window washer fluid and the radiator coolant. My Nissan is still under warranty. I own a 2025 Toyota Camry also and Lakeland Toyota tops off all my fluids when I service the vehicle. Step it up Nissan or you will lose customers. More

I arrived at 3:40pm for a 4pm appt for a standard oil change. My initial contact with Jaypee was good; however, he told me that my car was next in line and estimated service would take about an hour but change. My initial contact with Jaypee was good; however, he told me that my car was next in line and estimated service would take about an hour but I ended up being there for three. I stayed on site to wait. Almost 3 hours into the appointment, I still hadn't received an update and couldn't find him at his desk so I texted the number provided. A few minutes later, Jaypee came to find me and told me my car had been finished for an hour and half but he couldn't find me so he just parked the vehicle. I sat at the same table in the Nissan lobby for all 3 hours and shouldn't have been hard to find. I was never contacted by call, text or email at any time to let me know that my service was complete. This was unacceptable customer service and cost me a lot of valuable time. As a loyal Jenkins Nissan customer, this was a very disappointing visit for me. More
