I'm losing faith in the Lakeland shop. .first time I got a oil change they didn't put any washer fluid in my car..left it empty..I call and they said bring it back..I just brought some and .first time I got a oil change they didn't put any washer fluid in my car..left it empty..I call and they said bring it back..I just brought some and did it myself..On yesterday took it to get a oil change and get my transmission serviced..Told them to check my air pressure in my tires.. when they finished my car I ask did they check my tires...she said yes...Got up this morning for work and the lights was on for.low tire pressure..so they never did check it like they said..Had to take it to Sam's Club and get it done this morning, which I work at Sam's..but why lie..it makes me double think did they do my transmission work that I payed almost 300.00 dollars for or did they lie about that..This is the second time this has happened to me at this dealership....They need to get it together..I'm not pleaded at all.. I did call and report it both times.. More
