Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a check engine light. 7 days and 900 dollars later, I got my car. It was the $555.00 labor cost for changing 2 parts that totally disappointed me. I will probably get a diagnosis somewhere else next time I get a warning light. An oil pan and hose should not take a week to procure as a dealer, and your labor charges are outlandish. I'll still get my oil changed there, but will be cautious of anything else... More
