I first spoke with Adrian at the Villages Car Show. He was so nice, I decided to take the trip to Ocala to test drive this new Mazda6. I told him I would be back tomorrow. After seeing him the second day and test driving another vehicle, I decided to purchase and then worked with Steve Schellinger. Although we disagreed a little bit and I gave him a hard time, he was patient and we finally were able to come to an agreement and seal the deal. All of these gentlemen are an asset to your company. I hope my experience with the service department will be just as great. I always take my car for service where I buy it unless there is a problem. So far, I cannot see this happening and am loving your dealership. Also, I love my new car! More
The biggest problem with this dealership is the extra $3k they slap on a high end Mazda6. This is for a few dealership add-ons like wheel locks, 1 year of free oil changes, an unlimited mileage extension of they slap on a high end Mazda6. This is for a few dealership add-ons like wheel locks, 1 year of free oil changes, an unlimited mileage extension of the warranty for the first 3 years ...etc. This gives them lots of room to negotiate down and give the impression of a great deal. Here's a good example: The MSRP on one 2014 Mazda 6 was roughly $27,500, but the Jenkins sticker was over $30,000. It's easy to negotiate a couple thousand off of that inflated price. I prefer dealers that keep their add-ons to a minimum. More
I was contacted by this dealer through an internet sales lead, the email correspondence was polite and right to the point, I was contacted VIA phone shortly after and had a very nice Conversation with Adolf lead, the email correspondence was polite and right to the point, I was contacted VIA phone shortly after and had a very nice Conversation with Adolfo Blanco and we set an appointment to view some vehicles. We came in on a Sunday as its my only day off and were greeted by Charlie Perry-Patterson, he was very cordial and was happy to show us around and make us comfortable with the dealership. We were shown a few vehicles within our budget and my wife fell in love with a very nice Santa Fe, the vehicle was clean and in great condition, the mileage was low and had everything we wanted in a vehicle. My wife drove the vehicle and we decided we would take it. Charlie led us inside and we sat down to hash out the deal. We were given a fair price and payment and were easily able to haggle to a level that was good for them and us. The process was fast and simple, they took care of everything for us, including the financing. The contract was quick and simple and we were delivered in the vehicle after it had been thoroughly detailed and even came with a full tank of gas. This was by far the simplest, quickest car deal I have ever been a part of, from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Jenkins Mazda and their staff to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Thank You! More
Adrian greeted us outside and was most helpful, in seeing us leave there happy. We were not even ready to actually buy anything that day, although we had been looking at different vehicles for several month us leave there happy. They went above and beyond both my husband's and my expectations. #1 and tops on the list was they offered to change out the black carpeting to the beige carpet that would matching the seats. I didn't even want to test drive it when he asked, because of the black, black , black. So he went in to talk to the Manager and they came out & asked if they would switch out the carpeting to the beige if we could make a deal if the numbers were right. I said really you could do that? So we took a test drive & loved it. Went inside and after talking over the numbers on the 3rd try they made it work. We drove it to Tampa that night, nice ride. This is the 4th Mazda I have owned and have always loved them. I am sure we will be as happy with this one. Sherry was very, very nice and explained everything we needed to know. We thank Adrian, Sherry and the Manager (sorry I can't remember his name) for all their help and we are looking forward to doing business with them in the future. We had a GREAT experience with this dealership! We actually pulled into the lot to look at used cars and they helped us get to a price we could afford and drove off the lot with a brand new Mazda3. This was the first time I actually had a pleasant experience at a car dealership in the past 20 plus years. The staff was pleasant and easy to work with.
