Always good experience! Was concerned about bringing car in (for routine service) due to COVID issues. Jenkins Kia dealership was amazing at how they were set up for social-distancing, masks, hand wipes, sanitizing stations, and even the pens were sanitized! That made us feel relaxed. Service was ready for our car and got right to work and when done, everything was reviewed with us. Car was washed and we were on our way. Never had a bad experience as all employees are friendly (while social-distancing), patient and do a good job. Now, let's go over the lack of donuts . . . . .JK!! More

Back second time for my new car. 2020 Kia Forte. Temp guage keeps raising up for no reason. Can’t seem to find the problem. Happen again yesterday went to the half way mark for no apparent reason.
