Came in for a 15,000 mile service plus tire rotation for a 2021 KIA Seltos Turbo. Alex was the Service advisor and he ensured all aspects of this service including dealing with a factory recall item, wer a 2021 KIA Seltos Turbo. I arrived on time the young lady in the lane was very nice she asked if I had an appointment I said yes she wrote down the vin number and said this vehicle is not a 2017 Sorento I said no I turned in tha nice she asked if I had an appointment I said yes she wrote down the vin number and said this vehicle is not a 2017 Sorento I said no I turned in that lease in 2020 this is a 2024 Telluride somehow your dealership has not removed my other 3 previous Kia vehicles from your system I called KIA they said they cannot remove them the dealer needs to. The young lady said ok go inside an advisor will be with you shortly the name on the receipt is Stacy Calhoun he helped me he was very nice he filled out the service order and said we could go to the waiting room and in about an hour Stacy said your vehicle is ready walked us to the cashier thanked me and shook my hand. All was good. More
