As always, Jenkins takes good care of my car. Today I had Ashley, as I was early and she was the only rep in at 7:15 AM. Ashley is outstanding and a great representative for Jenkins. Back second time for my new car. 2020 Kia Forte. Temp guage keeps raising up for no reason. Can’t seem to find the problem. Happen again yesterday went to the half way mark for no apparent reason. 99% of my visit was so very positive! Lance the service manager, Ashley, my service rep and the two ladies in cashier, were all friendly respectful and cared about my concerns or issues. Callie guided me in the right direction for the service I needed. They even sanitized my car once the repairs were done. Unfortunately due to COVID=19. I did miss the usual amenities that were missing. But the service was great. My only very small complaint was the attempt to sell me another car while mine was being serviced. More
