I wish there was enough space to detail each and every issue but there just isn’t! So to summarize…We have had a very poor with this dealership. Had to insist on getting copies of our paperwork for our sa issue but there just isn’t! So to summarize…We have had a very poor with this dealership. Had to insist on getting copies of our paperwork for our sale/ financing. Had to go back to get our floor mats amongst other items that were missing. Still trying to get everything done to the car from when we bought it (all the stuff we were charged an extra $10k for). They tinted the windows and there air bubble throughout, areas that are peeling off, areas that aren’t evenly cut- looks like a total amateur did it. Chip in the hood that looks like someone painted over it with cheap nail polish…. But I’m supposed to be satisfied after spending $47k on this car! Oh and they still haven’t paid off my trade so, the bank from my previous vehicle is contacting me looking for payment! There has been nothing but issues from sales, to finance, to service. Once that paperwork as signed they have been rude, dismissive, lied to us, they have the worst communication at this place that I have ever seen. Been buying cars over the past 27 years and this has, by far, been the worst experience. If you want to spend a lot of money only to be treated badly and given the run around, then this is the place to go! But don’t tell them how screwed up they are there, do not let them know when they are being rude or they will call the police and have you escorted from the property. Definitely regret giving this place my business and it sure won’t happen again! More
