Yesterday I took my car in for a flat tire without an appointment and Josh in the service department took care of me right away. Today I had an appointment and took my car in for an A/C problem and once appointment and Josh in the service department took care of me right away. Today I had an appointment and took my car in for an A/C problem and once again Josh helped me right away. Josh is always courteous and professional and gets things done. If you ever need to take your Kia in for service I recommend you ask for Josh. He’s the best. More

I purchased a New Car from Mackenzie was my primary sales person Sal helped and the GM Ryan. Not only did they help me with my new car after Ian I had a 2021 totaled SuV from the STORM.and having a totaled person Sal helped and the GM Ryan. Not only did they help me with my new car after Ian I had a 2021 totaled SuV from the STORM.and having a totaled vehicle is no easy even. with full coverage and Gap coverage they help me through a rough time. I purchased a used an preowned after Ian from Jenkins Kia and when I came back 7 months later they helped as much if not more Buying 3 vehicles in 7 months and not being buried is Excellent Management and Staff.
