Service staff always helpful I stopped in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon because I feared my battery was going bad. It was! They worked me into the schedule and h I stopped in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon because I feared my battery was going bad. It was! They worked me into the schedule and had the new battery installed and had me back on the road much faster than I anticipated! Thank you! Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the young woman who performed the battery diagnostic. Short, reddish hair...please pass along my appreciation...next time I'm in I'll try to get her name! Confuse customer with varies offers My experience as a lady senior citizen was unfortunately not good. I feel as if I was definitely taken advantage of by the management. I was there f My experience as a lady senior citizen was unfortunately not good. I feel as if I was definitely taken advantage of by the management. I was there from 3 until 8pm mostly talking in a small room. I asked several times to just allow me to go to the Honda dealership close by and check on the value of my Honda Accord, and then I'd come right back, but each time I asked I was told "We will work with you because we are a High Volume Dealership," Well most all dealerships feel that way but once you say you need time to decide they understand! Also I was push into paying sticker price, which I have never in my life even heard of, for a "One of a Kind" Kia Soul supposably the "Only one in Florida" that I didn't need or really even want. I said several times I don't mind waiting a few days while for one without black seats was ordered, which was all I was asking for. However, always I was redirect to the special one with offers to pay my interest for three years or to up the resale trade in value of my car... Well on my way to Publix the other day as I stopped at a red light low and behold there right beside me was another "One of a Kind Kia" just like mine except for the main body color, I found that Amazing! I need to mention two other things: one the sales man was very nice and did a nice job as far as showing me the Kia; the second thing is I'd like a list of what I will have to possibly pay for as far as service on my Kia is concerned since I was told a list of things I would not have to paid for, but I have nothing to show when I go in for service except a very small and limited coupon book. Mr. Trengrove told me I would save about $7000 by buying the service contract, but I have nothing to show except this coupon book that only goes to 37,519 miles. My Honda had a coupon book that I was still using at 95,500 miles. ??? In addition, I have nothing to show anyone about having the paint coverage. I still have AutoButler treatments available on my Honda that were 4 hour treatments each at the dealership about three to four times a year. I would love to speak to someone by phone, but I had only 2 calls from the dealership when I was not available to talk, but I gave them a convent time to return the call but they never did. I might add these 2 phone calls were one full month apart. I appreciate information in writing concerning what I paid for as far as the service benefits that I paid for at the time of sale. More
Assumed the gas gushed was not regulating properly. My car was tested for the gas guage and was driven. Gas was added to test the guage and found it acting properly.
