I was very please with the salesman Timmy and the finance young man Rocky was awesome. My mom and stepfather worked for big car dealerships in Virginia and I myself had never heard of a car dealership callin young man Rocky was awesome. My mom and stepfather worked for big car dealerships in Virginia and I myself had never heard of a car dealership calling back the customer because of them giving money back by lowering my interest rate. I also asked my mom and she said that in 20 years of working in finance that they never called a customer to give money back. Kudos to Jenkins. More

Sales were wonderful! Car horrible! Electrical problems. Brought back Monday “fixed” glitch in electrical system. Tuesday dead again. Towed to dealership at 4:45 Pm from 1 Car horrible! Tried to add $6k in junk fees (recondition, certified, non-tax) on top of normal dealer, tax and title. Sold it for $718 over list price. Finance manager seemed put out that car was not financed and addit non-tax) on top of normal dealer, tax and title. Sold it for $718 over list price. Finance manager seemed put out that car was not financed and additional warranty’s declined. Did not explain any forms, just asked for signatures. Would recommend Fitzgerald Hyundai over Jenkins Hyundai. More
