When paying for service, the lady taking my payment was very friendly and cordial. I indicated before leaving that I was having difficulty programming my new phone into handsfree (Bluetooth) usage, and one of the servicemen promptly took my keys, went to my car, and programed my new phone at no charge. I regret that I did not get the names of the service people, but they treated me well. Thanks! James Pack More

After posting about my dissatisfaction, the owner of Jenkins Subaru (John Jenkins) called me personally and left a message with his personal cell phone number in order to rectify the situation with the original tires on my Forester. When I called him back, he offered me what I felt was a more than fair offer to make the situation right, and I accepted. He did not ask me to change my review. He was more concerned about my family receiving what was fair and ensuring that I gave him the chance to earn my business in the future. I will now recommend Jenkins Subaru to anyone who asks.
