Vehicle: Black on Black Legacy Favorite part about working at Jenkins Subaru: Friendships. We spend more time at the dealership than we do at home, but in our free time you will find us hanging out together. Bio/Hobbies: I am a graduate of Northwood University in Midland, Michigan with a degree in Automotive Marketing and Business Management. Upon graduation, I returned to West Virginia to work for the family business, Jenkins Ford. I have worked in literally every department of the dealership, from detail to sales. In April 2014, our family purchased the Subaru dealership. I enjoy running the day to day operations and working closely with our customers to ensure that they receive the best service possible. My hobbies include: Watching Formula 1 racing, driving fast, traveling when time allows, and spending time with family and friends.

I traveled over 13 hours to purchase a car from this dealership. So I'm sure that I would be treated a bit differently that others that would be back for service and other stuff often. Heading home I dealership. So I'm sure that I would be treated a bit differently that others that would be back for service and other stuff often. Heading home I had a tire issue that I had to get repaired. Noticed then that it had new tires, but they were not the correct tires for the car. And no spare. Then at about the 11 hour mark on the way home, the car shut down giving me a "drivetrain malfunction" warning. This left me on the side of the road that had no shoulder and was very scary as cars came within inches at 80 MPH or so. It has been well over a week and I am still waiting for the paperwork to be sent to me that I need to get the car registered. Just some pretty frustrating stuff. Emails and calls have not helped. More
