I had an appointment with Brandon. He wasn't able to meet with me as scheduled due to finishing up with another customer, so Rick stepped in and made sure I didn't have to wait. Everyone in the dealership was courteous and professional. It appeared that some renovations or additions was occurring, but it did not affect me. The dealership was very well maintained. I also want to mention how private the sales desks are. I have visited other dealerships where you feel like everyone can hear your personal information. Not the case at Jenkins Ford, and I very much noticed and appreciated it! I felt secure during the paperwork process, as each form was fully explained. I did not feel rushed to make a decision. I was even given space to discuss the details of the deal with a trusted advisor before making a final decision. I purchased a brand new Ford Fusion, so I do not plan to buy another vehicle for many years. However, I will be purchasing from Jenkins Ford in the future. More

We made an appointment and brought the car in. The mechanic told us it would required a call to Ford and Jenkins would give us a call. Thus far we have not received a call back for another appointment. The wipers are very aggravating because the wipers are on or off no middle road. More

2016 Expedition When we first started looking for a new Expedition we went to another dealer and drove their vehicle. We discussed price and Buckhannon beat them. I had an issue with a car and they made sure while my car was being worked on that I had transportation so I can get back to work, and after informing me the repairs on my car would take a lot longer than expected because of a problem out of their control they ended up working out a deal with taking in that car and another I had and got me into a new vehicle.
