Go to Toyota Hello, My husband and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica at this dealership this past Spring. The salesman was a very nice young man, no complaints about Hello, My husband and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica at this dealership this past Spring. The salesman was a very nice young man, no complaints about him. However! We were talked into financing rather than paying cash in order to get $1,000. off the price. We agreed to that but then we were told that the interest would be 10 percent, because we had no credit rating. ( it’s 7.50). We went along with that and paid the balance off in a few months. We did Not save $1,000. We were told that we had Sirius radio, info was given to us on that. After trying to get the radio to connect, we went back to the dealer and after the salesman tried to connect to Sirius he discovered that we did not have it!!We sat for about an hour waiting to check out with the car before someone paid attention and helped us . We tried a number of times to tell them to use our PO Box for any mail only to get mail at our home I contacted the dealership five times and never got a response We bought a car about six years ago from Toyota here in Homosassa and they were Great!!! I’m not sure we’ll go back to Chrysler unless we really have to! Margaret Burns More

BAD BAD BAD Purchase was fine. Service said they used synthetic oil for diesel oil changes and the price they gave me. LIE! Service will not answer phone. Service Purchase was fine. Jerk at drop off moving cars and telling me to move mine after I got in line. Never said hello/how are you or something. Was nice to the old lady and moved her car up. Just a bad service dept all the way around. Spoke to Bill the general manager. He was the only one that could make me an apt to get my oil changed in the 75K truck I bought from them!!! Plaza Dodge in Inverness was super happy to help me. I am now saying goodbye to the 1/2 price oil changes you get when you buy from crystal. Not worth it. Will pay full price and get synthetic from Plaza for $127. Still a deal on the diesel and only have to change every 15k not 7K with reg oil. BTW, don't go to Jim Brown, they are just as bad. Cant even make a service apt for oil. First come first serve only!!!! More
