Everyone in the service department was fantastic, comfortable waiting area, and plenty of amenities to keep you good while you wait, everyone had a great sense of humor, and they even gave me a free comfortable waiting area, and plenty of amenities to keep you good while you wait, everyone had a great sense of humor, and they even gave me a free car wash,( as they noticed my White TLX was very dirty). I could not be more satisfied, in fact, my fiancé, (who drives a Nissan) , asked “gosh, could I get my car serviced here!!? They are great!!!”… just goes to show HOW FAR good customer service goes.
