Buying used car from Jenkins Acura was terrible. Tired to sell me a 2016 MDX for ~$32,000. I thought that sounded high so I looked up other prices on my phone and came across the Autotrader add fo Tired to sell me a 2016 MDX for ~$32,000. I thought that sounded high so I looked up other prices on my phone and came across the Autotrader add for the same MDX for $27,883. I pointed that out and showed the sales man Anthony initially he discounted it saying to was another car. I said, you have another 2016 MDX with the same miles and same options for thousands less, show me that one! Then!!! this is where it gets CRAZY. the MDX was still getting finished up at the shop and was going to need a timing belt and fluids changed. Anthony told me the Autotrader price was what I could pay if they didn't do the maintenance need to get the car ready to sell. So basically im buying the car directly from the person who traded it in at a dealer price. More

I recently just purchased a 2022 mdx from Jenkins. This the 4th car I have bought from this dealership. I picked up my car on a Thursday and on Friday as I was washing the bugs off the bumper I notice This the 4th car I have bought from this dealership. I picked up my car on a Thursday and on Friday as I was washing the bugs off the bumper I noticed there was a nick on the grill trim. I called the dealership and the service manager told me to bring it in the next day. I had a work commitment and could not make it in. The manager told me to take a picture and send it to him and bring it on Monday. Bottom line is they took care of it no questions. Which is why I keep going back to there dealership. Also the service department is the best they are super friendly and very straightforward with you. Excellent dealership and great people working there. Awesome. And I love my 2022 Mdx. More

I have trouble seeing well in the night and was nervous about driving a new car that I wasnt very familiar with, so drove it home for me!!! I am a senior citizen and have a hard time hearing, so he always spoke slowly and made sure I heard and understood was he was saying. I was very comfortable with his salesmanship. He is NOT the typical high pressure salesman. He cares for people not about himself. I will recommend others to ask for ONLY Carl!!! More
