I have put markings on the oil filter to verify if they are really going to replace it. And to my disappointment they did not, and I was charge for it. Jenkins Acura claimed that they always change the oil and filter. But now I don’t know how long they have been doing this to us or to other costumers. I ask Cindy Duckett for a refund and she did give the money back but ask me to “never go back to their shop again”. I wish I can upload the photos here. They just cleaned the filter to make it look new. More
