I came to Jeffery Nissan because I was interested in purchasing the new Nissan Juke. I first talked to Joe and he helped me out with test driving and going over what the car offers. Then he brought in purchasing the new Nissan Juke. I first talked to Joe and he helped me out with test driving and going over what the car offers. Then he brought in Chuck who had emailed me about the car days earlier. After talking with him some more about the car, we got to business about purchasing it and everything was done smoothly. I felt no pressure to buy and everybody was nice and courteous about everything. Chuck did his best to get all paperwork done as fast as possible and he seemed to be having a good time with me. Overall, I had a great experience working with Joe and Chuck on my car purchase. More
Service when i drove in was quick and friendly. Service person listened to what I wanted and gave me a time estimate of 1/2 to 3/4 hour which is exactly what it turned out to be. Everyone was so friendly! It was my first time there and I was walked through the whole experience! I was kept informed of my car's progress by Jon and checking out was great! Very friendly. Very speedy service. I was actually surprised at how competitive the prices were. This is one of the main reasons I avoided dealership work in the past. I only come to yours for concenience reasons,(they closed the one on mound) if Boyl Sir/Mam I think you should take a long look at your dealership. I also suggest you take a look at the ratings your dealership gets they are not good, and I experience why. I see you need reasons why for my review to be accepted. 1) no one in the service dept. has ever answered a question of mine without referring me to someone else. When it came to warrenty info. I had to do all the leg work for them, then everytime I came in I had to supply them with the same info, which I think is rediculous. If and when I need to get another car which will be another nissan for sure I will not come to your dealership and can guarantee you that. Get rid of the "I don't gie a xxxx" employees you have there and maybe your ratings wil go up! Ed Rea More
