Body Shop Review Only I had a lady side swipe me during the last big snow storm of the season earlier this year. I had the tow company take it specifically to Jeffrey Nissa I had a lady side swipe me during the last big snow storm of the season earlier this year. I had the tow company take it specifically to Jeffrey Nissan (45 minutes away) because I trusted them and they had provided really good service in the past. I had never dealt with their body shop, but assumed it would be just as good as their service department. Boy was I wrong. It took over two weeks for them to fix my vehicle (damage to driver side only). I get that they were busy because of the snow storm, but my vehicle was taken in the day after the big storm and my insurance company cut the check the day after. When I went to pick it up, the Manager went to the back lot and brought it up to the front. He handed over the keys and said thanks for your service and walked inside. As I was doing a walk around, I opened my door and saw that it was catching my fender they replaced as well. After performing a more in depth check, I found a ton of tape they had used for painting still attached as well as numerous scratches and scuff marks all over the side of my car (not from the accident). The Manager came out and I told him his Tech didn't do a very good job and he wanted me to leave my car there for another couple days to fix it. I had already turned in my rental car (offsite), so this was not an option. Although the Manager was nice, I was highly disappointed that nobody checked the Tech's work after he was finished. It had to be the Tech's first week of work because it was absolutely terrible. I could have done the same job by myself and I suck at that sort of work. Definitely will not be taking my vehicle back to that body shop. However, I continue to use Jeffrey Nissan for oil changes since they have done a good job and Ken is extremely professional. The only bad thing is that you have to schedule a week in advance, otherwise you won't be able to get an appointment. Nissan is supposed to be building a new dealership on Hall Road and Elizabeth in the near future so that should help resolve that issue. More

I had to buy battery myself and they would not do anything for me. That was my 3rd Nissan in 7 years and my LAST! Shame on them! More
Bad service I went there a month ago to get my car fix they fix it and I paid almost 1500$ for that computer. That stupid service rep. Just to be there to make his pay check. After two months my car start acting up again and same issue the computer problem. This fat stupid guy that is not friendly and don't know what his doing and just because I got a warranty on it and just because I am not gonna pay on it he let me feel like he don't wanna help me . I got my car and end up stranded in 13 mile because my car won't start and run. I will never ever come back again nor go to that rep again. My experience right there is not acceptable. More
