Awesome, helpful, no pressure car buying experience I went to Honda Jeffrey in Roseville to look at some used Honda Civics that they had in stock and Craig Berry was my salesperson throughout the whole I went to Honda Jeffrey in Roseville to look at some used Honda Civics that they had in stock and Craig Berry was my salesperson throughout the whole car-buying process. Initially, I wasn't finding exactly what I needed and honestly did not feel pressured at all by Craig to buy anything that day. I left the lot hopeful that something else would pop up. Craig reached out to me later the following week saying they had recently gotten a car in and specifically thought of me to reach out to first before even posting it on their website. Not only was this car a newer year and less miles than ones I had checked out before, but since I was already on their radar, Eddie (the manager) and Craig were really willing to work with me on the price to make it fit my budget! While I was working out the insurance on this car, I ran into some issues that made me think I might not have been able to purchase the vehicle that day, but Craig really helped me out by calling the insurance company personally and getting me on the right track. I also had to take the car in for some service initially, and Gil was nothing but lovely, respectful, and honest to me throughout the process. We were able to get the service I needed fully covered through my warranty, and if not through that, Craig and Eddie guaranteed that it would be taken care of with no expense out of my pockets. Another pretty amazing part of this car buying journey that was unexpected was that Craig literally drove out to where I work to have me sign the title of my car so that I could get my license plate in time. I was so shocked by his willingness to do that so that I wouldn't run into any issues with my temporary plate expiring. Overall, my experience was amazing! Ask for Craig and Eddie when you're in the market for your next vehicle, they were awesome! More

Salesman was fantastic I purchased a 2017 Kia Soul on April 3, 2019 and my husband purchased a 2019 Nissan Frontier on April 9, 2019. Our salesman by the name of CRAIG BERR I purchased a 2017 Kia Soul on April 3, 2019 and my husband purchased a 2019 Nissan Frontier on April 9, 2019. Our salesman by the name of CRAIG BERRY was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us get the vehicles of our choice. He even came in on his day off to help us finalize the sale on the Frontier. We highly, highly recommend this dealership to any one who is looking to be treated fairly and with respect. Our son also purchased a Civic Honda about 18 months ago from this same dealership and his sales person was just as helpful and nice as Craig was. ALL THUMBS UP FOR JEFFREY NISSAN AND CRAIG BERRY. Nissan's are great vehicles -- I've had two before these and never really encountered any problems. My salesman, Joe Washington was very helpful with getting my set up in my vehicles. He's very professional, attentive and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of all of the assistance he's given me. He's a great asset to Nissan. More
Quick and easy I've been having problems with my front radar turning off while using adaptive cruise. I came in for a quick tire rotation and to have them check the radar problem, which is intermittent. They have ordered a new radar sensor for me and I expect that to be a quick and easy return visit. I have been using Jeffrey since 2000 (their Acura and Honda service departments) and my experience has always been good. This is my first Nissan (new Murano bought in May 2018) and I look forward to a great relationship. More
