Completely satisfied I was completely satisfied with the overall care of my vehicle. It was done before I expected. They didn’t do things that weren’t necessary. Jeffrey Nissan was our first stop and Craig was more than helpful answering questions about Nissan's Hondas and all other makes. We went to all the other dealers and tried all models in the Rouge size. The service at other dealers was awfull except for GMC. But Craig Berry is in a class above the rest. I gave my email to all the dealers to send me links to cars that fell into our needs. Craig was the only on who sent any (for 4 weeks 2-3 a week) and they were exactly what we were looking for. We decided to stop in to see what he had and there it was a beautiful 2017 Rouge. Even though my wife made it obvious we were getting the car Craig still worked the deal to make us feel like we were getting a steal. I can't thank him enough. More
