when i came in for an oil change # weeks ago , i was told by an employee that my rear brakes had only 20% left amd needed replacing. I took a day off work to come get it done only to have Gil call me to say by an employee that my rear brakes had only 20% left amd needed replacing. I took a day off work to come get it done only to have Gil call me to say that my brakes are fine and dont need replacing. While Gils honesty was appreciated that means someone else wasnt!! Randy has been a great salesman to me but this incident has me wondering about the integrity at Jeffrey. I would appreciate your response. More

My wife took the van in earlier than our appointment because she had other things she needed to get done. I was very disappointed that I needed snow tires for my 2009 Honda Civic. Cars should come with tires that are equipped to handle all types of weather. This is the first car since the 1970s that need snow tires in order to be driven safely in the winter. Driving in gear 2 does help. But I didn't read this in the manual until after I had had a bad experience. More
Every time I come to get an oil change or anything, Mr. Gill is always helpful and courtous. The entire staff goes above and beyond. When I did encounter a problem, it was fixed immediately and with much concern, my car was sitting after it was done with the oil change and I was never called for over 2.5 hours. I really appreciated the staff taking care of me so quickly when I brought it to the attention of a salesperson, that morning it was very busy, but I was compensated for the mix up. Things happen and when it was noticed, Mr. Gill took care of it right away. That was the only mishap that has happen and I have Nothing but high praises!!! Keep up the good work. More
Staff is ALWAYS friendly every time I come in. Went to Jeffrey Honda for an oil change, talked to someone right away, the car was done in the time he promised me, we always get our cars serviced there. Also purchased our cars there.
