I was once again very pleased with my recent service experience with Matt, the Service Manager. My RDX needed significant work done, and luckily I had purchased an extended warranty when I bought the c experience with Matt, the Service Manager. My RDX needed significant work done, and luckily I had purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car. Matt helped ensure that the work was covered under the warranty. He also made sure that the work was performed and completed when promised, and provided a loaner car in the meantime. Matt has always been very professional and easy to work with. In my opinion he generally "goes the extra mile" to help me. I certainly appreciate it. More
