Matthew set up my visit and was prompt in assigning it for service. This was a routine maintenance. The waiting lounge was comfortable, with recent newspapers available. When my service was completed, Matthew alerted me to some additional work that would have to be done soon, and put a sticker on the window to remind me of my next scheduled maintenance. It was a very expensive repair but Matt Smith and the service department are always friendly and helpful. It is also nice to have snacks in addition to coffee and tea in the service waiting area.
