I started looking for a new truck in March, 2008. I was at the Jeff Wyler lot on a Sunday morning before the dealer opened. Jeff Anna, the sales person I worked with had come to work early to walk through at the Jeff Wyler lot on a Sunday morning before the dealer opened. As I was just looking, I said no thanks. He gave me his card, said good bye, and let me continue to look undisturbed. I left shortly after. I looked at several other makes of trucks but liked the GMC Sierra over all. I went back to Jeff Wyler a week later and talked to Jeff. He answered all of my questions about towing capacity without "checking with someone" or having to look up the information in a book. I took a test drive and he continued to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I loved the truck but decided to wait a little longer before purchasing. Jeff would periodically drop me an email with special offers but he never hounded me. In December 2008, I finally was in the market for a new truck. I went to Jeff Wyler's new location in Florence, KY. I asked for Jeff and he happened to be there. He walked out and knew my name and asked if I was ready to buy a Sierra. I was and Jeff worked magic locating the exact truck I was looking for, quite a feat considering the last of the 2008's were pretty much gone. I was never pressured to buy and was always impressed with Jeff's product knowledge and professionalism. I will look him up again as I am now in the market for a GMC Acadia. More

The dealership did everything I asked and more, they had the model, color and options I wanted in a Solstice GXP Coupe. Other dealers were not accepting Credit Union Member Pricing and were asking anything the model, color and options I wanted in a Solstice GXP Coupe. Other dealers were not accepting Credit Union Member Pricing and were asking anything from MSRP to $5,000 markup over MSRP. Jeff Anna did the research and found out that I qualified for 3 different rebates on the car. I live 660 miles away in Norfolk VA. It only took a few phone calls, a couple of fax and the deal was done. I made the 1317 mile round trip and came home with my car. Jeff, Laura and Jami were outstanding to work with. I would send family there with no concerns about how they were going to be treated. The dealership had a small town friendly feel while giving GREAT customer service. I have bought 8 new cars in the last 10 years and this the best buying experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to give Jeff Anna at Jeff Wyler's dealership a chance to sell them a car. More

I had a very pleasant experience with Jeff Wyler Florence when I recently purchased a new 2009 Yukon XL Denali. The sales associate, Jeff Anna, went out of his way to answer any and all questions I had rega when I recently purchased a new 2009 Yukon XL Denali. The sales associate, Jeff Anna, went out of his way to answer any and all questions I had regarding the new Denalis and even went so far as to come in on his day off so that I could purchase the vehicle on the day best suited to my schedule. The sales manager took the time to welcome my husband and I and the finance people were friendly and helpful as well. I purchased a used 2000 Dodge Dakota SLT crew cab, 2 door, with 108890 miles. I have owned the truck for 2 weeks now and I have to say, for 3100 plus taxes and plates, It was not a bad choice at all. I can't smell the smoke smell, however after closer look of the seat and driver side panel I noticed some cigarette burns, but what can one do about those. The truck is a deffinate step up from my previous single cab 2.2 liter 4 cyl 1998 S-10. Now I can seat 6 passengers and still have a better fuel economic truck compared to a full size truck. Averaging 19.7 miles to the gallon on 3 tanks. The dealership allowed me to look at the truck from head to toe no problem and were very open to it's flaws. The dealership is a pontiac GMC dealership and the Dakota was a trade in from the previous owner. Over all a pleasent experience and the dealer did everything he could for a poor college guy on his final semester of flight school. More
I had been looking into a particular vehicle for over a year and been in contact with Jeff from the begining. He complied with requests to not send mass e-mails and other offers. When I went to see the car the first time, Jeff was unavailable but another associate showed me the car and took time to answer many questions I had even though they knew I was going to buy one. Almost a year later I was more closer to buying and contacted Jeff again to ask not to recieve mass e-mails again after the gm college grad program website sent my infomation to him, and he politely complied. I visited the dealership to see the vehicle again, look at colors and talk about prices and financing options and possible payments. Jeff was upfront and honest and never pushy because he knew that I wasn't going to buy that day. A couple of weeks later, my wife and I went to the dealership to look at colors and finaly drive the vehicle. They had a color that we liked that was a demo and the price was right. We purchased the car that day and our experience with Jeff was unbelievable. We don't care for "salesmen" and pushy tactics and usually joke about how we don't care for salesmen. We did not have this experience with Jeff at all and I was even more impressed because he didn't say "what can I do to get you to take this vehicle home today?". This is actually the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and this experience was much better than the first(Jeff was not my salesperson the first time). Mr Anna possess product knowledge beyond the majority of dealer representatives. He is very open about all aspects of the car buying experience and ensures clarity to the potential buyer.
