I have always dislike auto shopping due to the pressure you endure upon arriving on the dealerships lot...not the case this time. We had been searching for the car that was just right for us and while see you endure upon arriving on the dealerships lot...not the case this time. We had been searching for the car that was just right for us and while seeking the right vehicle and right deal we stopped by Jeff Wyler Buick in Florence. I was greeted by a mild and courteous gentleman, Mr. Lloyd Whisman. Lloyd was very informative of the vehicles I was looking at. He offered a test ride. While riding and talking and asking many questions about the Enclave Mr. Whisman showed absolutely no pressure of a sales. After seeing what I needed to, I informed him I would be back with the wife. When we returned, again no pressure from anyone at all, he allowed my wife to look at the cars, telling her different things she asked about. All in all we were at the dealer probably 4-5 times before deciding on the Enclave. Once the decision was made as to the color and options we were interested in, Lloyd and Jim Barnard worked exceptionaly hard to seek that one special car for us. We were astonished that still no pressure for that sale. This was an eminate experience for us. Something we have never before experience while visiting other dealers. They were always courteous, knowledgable and polite. There were no harassing phone calls as in the past. I would recommend this dealership to everyone, one that cares and is concerned about their customers. This is a magnificent place to purchase a vehicle, a place where people care and assist you in every manner possible. I purchased my car via the internet from Florida and flew up to Kentucky to purchase and drive the car back. The dealership and Jason Rebholz were awesome!
